Coconut milk can be used in both savoury and sweet recipes. It’s commonly used in desserts such as cakes, cookies, ice cream and in savoury recipes such as Thai curries.

Note: Cold temperature can cause the thickening / oil separation in the product. After being warmed and shaken well, the product can be normally used without affecting quality.

How to use:

Coconut Cream can be added to curries as required to add a creamy, sweet and nutty flavour. It can also be used in puddings to add sweetness and a unique flavour.

Coconut Extract 90%, Water, Stabilizer (Guar Gum E412), Carboxy Methyl Cellulose (E466), Emulsifier (Polysorbate60 E435), Antioxidant (Citric Acide E330), Sodium Metabisulphite (E223)

Contains: Sulphur Dioxide, Coconut

Store at room temperature or not below than 0 degrees. Shake well before use.

This product has a natural tendency to separate in cold temperature. Ot will return to normal after heating.

Refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 days.
