| Udon is a type of thick, wheat-flour noodle used frequently in Japanese cuisine. It is often served hot as a noodle soup in its simplest form, as kake udon, in a mildly flavoured broth called kakejiru, which is made of dashi, soy sauce, and mirin.
This pack has 4 portions of packed udon noodles.
Preparation: Boil the udon noodles for 10 - 15 minute and rinse with cold water. | Ingredients:
Noodles: Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Potato Starch, Salt, Modified Potato Starch, Salt
1. Boil 550ml (about 2 1/4 cup) of water. Add noodles, soup base and vegetable mix.
2. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

You can use these in soups and stir fry. Great to have in the freezer for when you need that extra Vegan protein. | Frozen whole Edamame beans in the pod.
