Preserved Mustard Stem or Yuquan is mustard stem that has been pickled and preserved. The flavour and tastes of the mustard stem has been retained along with the crispness and crunch of the stem.

Wheat flour, water | Swallow brand Kong Moon Rice Sticks (Rice Vermicelli Noodles), traditional Chinese rice noodles , are made from highest-quality rice flour to give you a natural aroma of rice. Great for stir fry, soup noodles or salads

Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Arrange the buns on a parchment lined sheet tray and cover them with a clean kitchen towel. Alternatively, place the buns into a large 3-level bamboo steamer lined with parchment paper, 4 buns per level
Step 2: Fill a bamboo or stainless steel steamer with water and bring it to a boil
Step 3: When ready to cook, place the buns on the parchment rounds and into the steamer
Step 4: Steam for 12 to 15 minutes, then remove the buns from the heat and serve them warm | Pillowy soft, white Bao buns made from traditional Taiwanese recipe.
Keep these Bao buns in the freezer, steam on medium heat for 6 minutes or until soft and fluffy.
Size: 6cm in diameter
Serve immediately with your favourite filling.
Serving recommendation - Crispy salt and pepper chicken , crunchy salad and kewpie mayo.
