Free Range Chicken Soup Dumplings 12pc (Xiao Long Bao 小籠湯包)

 

Soup dumplings are made from thin, delicate wrappers filled with mince and broth.

When the dumplings are steamed, the broth melts into a piping-hot fragrant soup that is ready to explode in the mouth when bitten into.

Be careful though – these delicious bites have scalded the mouths of many soup-dumpling newbies.

Each box comes with complimentary steaming paper and simple cooking instructions.

Cooking instructions:

 

Steam (12min)

Line the steamer (if you don’t have a bamboo steamer then use stainless steel colander over a pot with the lid on) with the complimentary parchment paper. Arrange frozen soup dumplings in a single layer, spaced out evenly.

Steam on medium to high heat for 10minutes or until dumplings is cooked.

INGREDIENTS: Flour (gluten), free range chicken mince, free range chicken broth, spring onion, vegetable oil (sunflower seed), oyster sauce (molluscs, soy), cornstarch, vegetable oil (sesame seed), ginger, egg, dashi (fish), rice wine, sugar, salt, potassium carbonate.

ALLERGENS: Wheat (gluten), fish, egg, soy, molluscs.
