After the conventional fermentation and wine making process is completed, the alcohol is removed from the finished wine with no additions and chemical free, using cutting edge technology where the wine is put through a spinning cone at low temperatures in a vacuum.
Tasting notes
The beautifully designed matt textured bottle with gloss highlights showcase the elegant branding. In the glass, the wine is a light straw colour. This Satin Sparkling offers generous notes of lichi on the nose. The palate is delicate and generous with the pineapple repeated, winter melon, mango and an undertow of sweet tropical limes. Well balanced and harmonious in the waning aftertaste.

In the cellar
The grapes were brought to the cellar and destalked and crushed. A period of 3 days of cold maceration took place before fermentation. Maximum colour, aroma, flavour and soft juicy tannins were extracted by punch downs every three hours for the first three days, then 3 times a day. The fermentation was followed by maturation in French Oak Barrels.
Tasting notes
Elegantly labelled in a Burgundy shaped bottle, closed with a screw cap. In the glass, the wine is a translucent dark cherry red. The aromas are bright fruit, cherry, mulberry and roadside brambles. The palate is delicate, though generous. The oak is there in undertow to support the fruit. Well balanced and harmonious in the waning aftertaste.
Food suggestions

The aromas are of bright sub-tropical fruits, desiccated pineapple, passion fruit and ripe mango. The palate is delicate and generous and alive with the aromas making a reprise with winter melon and sweet tropical limes at the ending. Well balanced and harmonious.
