Hargow (prawn dumplings) are a delicate type of dim sum that is steamed instead of boiled. The translucent wrappers contain wheat starch (wheat flour that has been washed to reduce the level of gluten).
This product is Halaal – please find certification on packaging.
Hargow can be prepared straight from frozen. Line a steamer with baking paper or lettuce leaves and steam for 6–7 minutes.
