You can follow 1 of the cooking method below:
Boil a pan with hot water and tapioca pearls and stir gently. Make sure the water is filled enough to cover tapioca. Also on low heat for about 5-10 minutes. Finally, sieve the tapioca balls and let it rest in cold water.
Or then pour 5 measuring cups of water into the rice cooker and put the pan in the rice cooker after the switch is turned off, simmer for 2 hours. Finally, sieve the tapioca balls and let it rest in cold water. Mix in the syrup or milk iced tea and ready to serve.
